Actor Gary Oldman, will play again in a biographical movie

Directed by David Fincher (“Se7en”, “The Social Network”, “The Curious Case of Benjamin Button”), it will be the first feature film of “Gone Girl” (2014), according to Variety.

He will tell the story of screenwriter Herman Mankiewicz, who has signed, among others, “Citizen Kane”, considered one of the best movies of all time, and Gary Oldman will play the lead role.

Mank, the feature film is based on the script written in 2003 by Jack Fincher, the director’s father, before he dies.

Oscar-winning Oscar-winning screenwriter Kane (Oscar for the script) was released in 1941.

Fincher’s film will be black and white, and production will begin in November.

David Fincher will produce alongside Cean Chaffin and Douglas Urbanski.

Fincher has recently worked with Netflix for shows such as “House of Cards”, “Mindhunter” and “Love, Death & Robots”.

After being awarded Oscar last year for his part in Darkest Hour, Gary Oldman shot Steven Soderbergh for “The Laundromat”, Netflix production, with Joe Wright for “The Woman in the Window” and Zackary Adler for The Courier.

In 1986, he performed Sid Vicious, bassist of Sex Pistols, in the movie “Sid and Nancy”.
