Avengers: Endgame has shot down a record. The movie, ranked six in the top-grossing films of all time, failed to overtake Jurassic World’s box office success, Avengers: Infinity War, Star Wars: The Force Awakening, Titanic, and Avatar, but remarked on another plane. According to Deadline.com, Endgame became the most talked about on Twitter.
According to data taken from the social networking site, the movie that closed the events in Infinity War was the subject of over 50 million “tweets” since the beginning of 2019. More than half of them were generated from 25 more recently (date of release in some countries). These messages included fan questions and comments, as well as messages from film actors and directors who have asked fans more questions about avoiding spoilers. Most messages were recorded in the United States, Brazil and the Philippines.
In the “most discussed character” category, the champion is Thanos, followed by Thor, Iron Man, Captain America, Hulk, Loki, Spider-Man, Black Widow, Groot and Nebula.
