Catherine Zeta-Jones (50 years old) stated that she really wants to star in a movie with her husband, Michael Douglas (75 years old), who is also one of her favorite actors.

The two actors born on the same day, September 25, but 25 years apart, got married in 2000, after two years of relationship, and have two children, Dylan, 19, and Carys, 17.

Catherine Zeta-Jones is currently involved in several television movies and series, but her dream is to play with her husband, Michael Douglas. In 2000, they both starred in Steven Soderbergh’s “Traffic,” but played non-intersecting characters.

The actress said for the British edition of OK! Magazine: “I am an avid reader and I have already thought about some books that I think could become very successful films and series, so I have already got involved in their screening. Throughout my career, I have worked with many extraordinary actors, and now I want a project in which I can be involved with an actor I adore – Michael Douglas’.

Catherine Zeta-Jones, who turned 50 in 2019, also said that she feels happier than ever and that she finds aging as ‘restful’.

“I realized that age is just a number. I know it sounds like a template, but it’s true. Now I feel better and more relaxed than I have ever been and I treat everything that happens to me more lightly. This age makes you stop fussing. In addition, I’ve learned to pay attention to the things that matter and to say ‘No!’ she added.
