A specialist in chased eyes, but also in physical roles, the Australian Elisabeth Moss will co-produce and play the main role in Run Rabbit Run, a thriller based on an original idea by the novelist Hannah Kent.
Moss plays a fertility treatment expert who is shocked when her daughter proves she can access memories of a previous life. The offspring’s bizarre behavior causes the heroine to reevaluate her scientific perspective on life and death, but also to face a threat from her own past.
Run Rabbit Run is currently on display in the virtual film market of the Cannes Film Festival. The director is Daina Reid, nominated for an Emmy Award for directing an episode of the superhero Handmaid’s Tale. Filming will begin this year in Australia and we may see Run Rabbit Run on screens in the first half of next year.
