Actress Emma Stone, who won an Oscar for her role in “La La Land,” engaged with Dave McCary, screenwriter, and director of NBC’s “Saturday Night Live.”McCary posted on Instagram on Wednesday a photo featuring the actress. In addition to the information, the engagement ring was presented.
The two met when Stone was part of a sketch directed by McCary included in the show at the end of 2016. They started a relationship in 2017.
This is the first time that Emma Stone – also known in movies such as “Birdman or (The Unexpected Virtue of Ignorance)” (2014) and “The Favorite” is engaged. Prior to McCary, she had a four-year relationship with actor Andrew Garfield.
