Lawrence, 29, and Maroney, 34, got engaged in February. The two have a relationship since 2017.
Maroney, a graduate in art history, is the director of Gladstone Gallery in New York. He also worked for the Gagosian gallery.
For Lawrence, who had a five-year relationship with actor Nicholas Hoult (“X-Men”), this is his first marriage. She has had relationships with director Darren Aronofsky and Coldplay soloist Chris Martin.
After announcing that he will no longer play, Lawrence – who won an Oscar for his role in “Silver Linings Playbook” (2012) – has several projects underway, including production.
She launched the production company Excellent Cadaver in October 2018.
