Nicole Kidman to Produce “Crime Farm” for HBO Max, WarnerMedia’s next streaming platform

The series is described as a psycho-sexual love story, which has two lawyers in the center whose marriage progresses as they investigate the depravity of the most notorious criminals.

Janine Sherman Barrois, the showman of the TNT “Claws” series, will write the show and be an executive producer. Kidman will be an executive producer alongside Per Saari for Blossom Films. Warner Horizon Scripted Television is the studio.

This is the latest project that Nicole Kidman produces. After “Big Little Lies” (HBO), she will play and be the executive producer of the upcoming HBO miniseries “The Undoing” and will be an executive producer for the Nine Perfect Strangers (The Hulu) and The Expatriates (Amazon).

HBO Max will be released in the spring of 2020 with 10,000 hours of content, including all the episodes of the “Friends” series.

WarnerMedia has not yet announced prices for this service that will compete with Netflix, Hulu and Disney Plus, among others.
