The BBC confirmed the first episode of season 5 on August 25.
Actor Cillian Murphy, who gives life to the Thomas Shelby series, acknowledged that the show’s producers have some “ideas” and is “curious” to see the continuation.
Peaky Blinders is a British series where the action takes place in Birmingham, England in 1920 after the First World War.
In the series “Peaky Blinders” the action takes place in 1919 and focuses on the main character Thomas Shelby, who is the head of a gangster gang and who wants at any cost to end your illegal business.
The series was created by Steven Knight and produced by Caryn Mandabach Productions, Screen Yorkshire and Tiger Aspect Productions.
“We could not wish for more from the previous season and the strong impact it had on the fans,” said Charlotte Moore (BBC Director).
In the new season, new characters like Sam Claflin will play Tommy’s enemy, Emmett J Scanlan will play fascist politician Sir Oswald Mosley, and Scanlan will play Billy Grade.
“They will play actors who love this show and integrate seamlessly,” said Steven Knight.
For season 6, director Steven Knight said: “What I want to say is that in season 6 and 7 I will open a new door to a new type of actors, actors who are very good and who fit in like stars. I think rationally, I think we can bring such actors ”
