Priyanka Chopra Jonas is in final negotiations to join the cast of the new movie Matrix, writes Variety. Movie number 4 in the series does not have a title yet, but it is known that Lana Wachowski will direct, under the aegis of The Warner Bros. and Village Roadshow. The information about the character to be played by Chopra has not yet been released.

Filming for Matrix 4 will be the same as for Citadel, an Amazon brand series, with Richard Madden starring. Chopra Jonas runs his own production company, Purple Pebble Pictures, based in Mumbai and Los Angeles.
