Project Blue Book

Good news for SF fans and possibly Aidan Gillen or Michael Malarkey, History Channel confirming just a few moments ago the renewal of the new Project Blue Book title. The project received an order of 10 new episodes related to season 2. For the time being, there is no other information on the production or distribution of S2.

The decision does not seem to be a bit difficult, and the series quickly set audiences to record an average of 3.4 million viewers a week, becoming the # 1 drama produced and broadcast by cable.

Eli Lehrer, Executive Vice President & Head of Programming, History:

“We are believers in Project Blue Book and so is our audience who has sparked a conversation about hundreds of unsolved cases and our nation’s military response to UFOs that have remained relatively secret until now. Zemeckis, A + E Studios and our extraordinary creative team have shaped a compelling narrative that is the perfect blend of historical authenticity and entertainment that inspires curiosity in our viewers to learn more. We’ve touched on a very relevant topic and look forward to a second season. “
