A promotional event of Bond 25, broadcast live from Jamaica, brought together famous film actors and gave the audience some new production-related information.
According to CNN.com, film distribution was completed, and Rami Malek was confirmed as an antagonist. Information about intrigue was lacking, but producer Barbara Broccoli said that Bond would not be in an official mission at the beginning of her 25th adventure and would “have fun” in Jamaica.
The official title of the film is yet to be revealed – but it could be “Eclipse,” according to sources close to production.
The filming, which will be released at the end of April, will take place in the place where Ian Fleming wrote all the Bond books (and the first film of the series, released in 1962, Dr. No), and also in Norway (where director Cary Fukunaga rushed to shoot some scenes to catch the frozen lakes), Britain and Italy.
Aside from Daniel Craig, who was in his last appearance as Bond and Rami Malek, we will see Bond 25 on Ana de Armas, Lea Seydoux, Naomie Harris, Ralph Fiennes, Rory Kinnear and Jeffrey Wright. Production is scheduled for release on April 8, 2020.
