Sean Penn and Leila George have been a couple since the fall of 2016. That’s when the first information about a vacation they would have spent together in Hawaii came up.
News of Sean Penn’s wedding spread after a friend of the couple, Irena Medavoy, the wife of producer Mike Medavoy, posted a congratulatory message on Instagram.
