Terminator’s recently released Trailer: Dark Fate showed fans of the series that the new movie has quite a lot in common with the first two of the series. In an interview with theplaylist.net, James Cameron has confirmed that Dark Fate will be Rated R.

Here’s what Cameron said about the new Terminator, with whom he is a screenwriter and producer: “I think what makes the movie a direct sequel to T1 and T2 is related to both the tone and the story; is not recommended to minors, is tough and determined, it is fast, intense, linear. It’s all happening in 36 hours. It’s not like one of those grand, complex stories. He is only very focused on protagonists; everything is happening now, and it’s like an ultra-fast race in a fun park. ”

The approach of the first two films in the series is also due to the return of two key figures: Arnold Schwarzenegger and Linda Hamilton, who resume the fight against Cyborg as Sarah Connor.

“Sarah became a Terminator hunter. She does not expect them to be a victim, she hunts them. He discovered a way to move through time and now only appears and blows them up. It’s simple. It will be a rating R movie, I tell you for sure, “Cameron explained.

Terminator: Dark Fate, directed by Tim Miller (Deadpool), launches on November 1.
