David Fincher (Zodiac, The Social Network, Gone Girl) will produce a prequel to the classic Chinatown movie (1974).
The production will have the young Jake Gittes (the detective played in the film by Jack Nicholson) in the center, and the same scenario will be played by Robert Towne who took care of the story of the original.
