Once Robert Pattinson was confirmed as the title role of The Batman, character, and cartoon character fans have switched to speculation about film antagonists. Thus, according to GeeksWorldWide, which had access to some casts, the project directed by Matt Reeves will have no less than four villains.
The runaway quartet would include The Riddler, the central antagonist, for whom Reeves is looking for an actor between the ages of 30 and 40. Here is how the description of the score is called: “He is a wicked one who likes to attach riddles to his reprehensible deeds, to be resolved by the authorities.”
Supporting some recent information, the site assures that Penguin and Catwoman will also appear in the film. The Penguin casting sheet targets obese men with a large nose to use an umbrella as a weapon. For Selena Kyle’s performer, a 20-30-year-old actress is asked, no matter what race she is, but eager to wear the mulled costume of the character and use the whip attached to the seductive costume.
The fourth villain is still unknown to the big screen – it’s Vagalume, a character described as an arsonist with old states, which keeps destroying by fire all those places where he was not accepted in his difficult childhood, deprived of affection and material means.
Previously, Jim Carrey played Riddler (in Batman Forever – 1995), while Penguin and Catwoman appeared together in Batman (1989), where their costumes were dressed by Danny DeVito and Michelle Pfeiffer. Aneroeroina was played by Anne Hathaway in The Dark Knight Rises (2012). Vagalume – but in a feminine version – also appeared in the Gotham series.
The Batman is scheduled for release on June 25, 2021.
