“Wu-Tang: An American Saga” is the drama of the beginning of the group whose bases were put in New York, Reuters writes.

RZA, the founding member of Wu-Tang Clan, said on Friday at a Television Critics Association event: “It’s an American story. But young people from all over the world know they will resonate because everyone is trying to get out of the mud. ”

RZA is the creator, screenwriter and executive producer of the Hulu production series, to be released in September.

Described as a mixture of facts and fiction, RZA has said the series will tell more about the Wu-Tang Clan than the documentaries that have appeared so far.

Founded in 1992 in Staten Island in New York, the nine-member Wu-Tang Clan group has quickly become one of the most influential hip-hop bands. The debut album, “Enter the Wu-Tang” is considered one of the best rap albums ever.

Brian Grazer, an Oscar-winning producer for “A Beautiful Mind,” said he was fascinated by Wu-Tang Clan from the beginning of the group.

“We are trying to present to the audience the unique qualities of the band,” said Grazer, producer of the Hulu series. “They found a way to be together and to be successful and never sold.”

Wu-Tang Clan, composed of Method Man, RZA, Raekwon, Cappadonna, Ghostface Killah, GZA, Inspectah Deck, Masta Killa, and U-God, is the signatory of the Once Upon A Time In Shaolin with $ 2 million by controversial businessman Martin Shkreli.
